~throwback farewell for my boss..

Assalammualaikum..
Sudah masuk 2 minggu sejak bos saya berpindah pulang ke utara..alhamdulillah..rezeki puan dapat berpindah balik negeri sendiri..yang pasti kalau saya balik bercuti..boleh ler saya pegi jumpa puan kerana kami sama negeri..bila dah tukar bos nie memang rasa lain..cara keja pun dah lain tapi alhamdulillah..masih ok lagi..

~CARA UNTUK KURUS~




~semua orang inginkan badan yang kurus dan langsing...masalahnya dengan godaan makanan yang lazat-lazat,..maka sememangnya sukar untuk mendapatkan berat badan yang ideal jika tiada displin yang tinggi....
~bagi mereka yang dah mencuba pelbagai cara tapi berat badan masih juga tak turun-turun tak salah untuk anda mencuba petua menurunkan berat badan yang diamalkan oleh orang dulu-dulu...petua ini bukan sahaja bagus untuk menurunkan berat badan malah ia juga dikenali sebagai petua mengekalkan kelangsingan sebab jika diamalkan selalu ia dikatakan dapat membantu mengekalkan bentuk tubuh yang langsing dan ideal....


~~petua turnkan berat badan~~
1- ambil 3 sudu serbuk teh...
2- rendam ke dalam 1 gelas air panas
3- setelah 5 minit, tapis, kemudian campurkan dengan air perahan limau nipis (sebiji)
4- amalkan minum 2 kali sehari iaitu pada sebelah pagi & sejam sebelum masuk tidur....

1- sediakan 2 biji limau kasturi..
2- perah limau ke dalam segelas air sejuk..
3- simpan ke dalam peti sejuk sehingga tiba saat untuk diminum..
4- amalkan minum air perahan limau kasturi setiap kali selepas makan tengahari & makan malam....

*setiap orang mesti mengalami masalah berat badan berlebihan dan masalah bagaiman nak turunkan berat yabg lebih....

~berikut adalah beberapa petua untuk menurunkan berat badan berlebihan.....

 

~petua 1

** jika anda mengalami berat badan yang berlebihan, air limau nipis yang anda minum boleh menurunkan berat badan...sediakan 2 biji limau nipis @ limau kasturi setiap hari, setelah itu perah airnya ke dalam gelas yang berisi air, masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk....setelah itu, bolehlah dijadikan air minuman setiap kali selepas anda makana tengahari & makan malam....

** ambil 3 sudu besar serbuk teh cina dan rendam dalam air...tapis & campurkan dengan air perahan limau nipis...amalkan selalu meminumnya 2 kali sehari iaitu sebelum sarapan dan sebelum tidur....

** jika anda mengalami masalah berat badan, air asam jawa baik dijadikan minuman harian...air asam jawa akan mengurangkan kadar lemak dalam badan anda....ambil sebuku asam jawa, ramas ke dalam air sebanyak segelas...masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk, anda jadikan minuman selepas anda makan tengahari @ makan malam...

** selepas makan amalkan meminum teh hijau @ teh cina yang dicampur serbuk kulit kayu & madu...

~orang dulu-dulu ckapa..bila kita berbudi dengan tanah..mesti kita akan dapat hasilnya..tapi tak semua orang dapat..kan..ada orang juga cakap..kalau tangan kita panas..bila kita menanam mesti berbuahkan hasilnya...keluarga saya di kampung ada menanam sedikit tanaman dan inilah hasil-hasilnya...terkejut juga bila tengok hasilnya...alhamdulillah..rezeki..dapat juga kita makan sorang sikit....

selalunya kita beli yang telah direbus @ dicuci bersih...yang ini baru jer dikeluarkan dari tanah...banyak juga kitaorang dapat....
sebilangan daripada ubi merah yang telah dikeluarkan dari tanah oleh anak sedara saya...


ubi merah yang telah dicuci...kita boleh rebus @ 'goreng pun sedap'....
   inilah hasil dari tanaman ayah saya....

How to stack and mix the syrup ingredients.........

  • Add half of the lemon slices, then half of the ginger, then half of the honey; give it a stir with a chopstick, table knife, or other long thin object. Move the lemon slices around to make sure the honey runs between them.
  • Repeat with the remaining lemon, ginger, and honey; stir and top off with more honey, if needed, to fill the jar.
  • This can be done in any size jar. I used half-pint (1 cup jars). The jars should be approx. 3/4 full with citrus. This allows room for at least 1/2 cup of honey per jar.
  • Hint for assembling prettier jars (if you care about that): place some of the lemon slices vertically down the sides of the jar so that full slices are visible from the outside. They tend to stack horizontally otherwise.

From thick to thin syrup. Within 3-4 hours the syrup is ready to use. The honey draws the juices out of the citrus, so give it a stir to combine the honey and juice. The result is that the thick honey transforms into a thin syrup consistency. If you prefer a thicker consistency, increase the ratio of honey to citrus in your jars.
  • Another way to thicken this is to heat & simmer the mixture for approx. 15 minutes; the honey and pectin in the citrus will naturally gel as it cools. However heat destroys many of the nutrients. Personally, I'm happy with these in a thinner syrup consistency so that I benefit from as many nutrients as possible.
How to use these syrups:
  • Swallow a spoonful or two of honey syrup to soothe a cough or sore throat.
  • Stir a heaping tablespoon (or more to taste) into a cup of hot water.
  • Stir a heaping tablespoon (or more to taste) into a cup of hot tea.

FLAVORED TEA RECIPES:These measurements are all for making a full quart of each of the flavors pictured above.
Raspberry Tea--Put tea bags or basket of leaf tea in the jar, add 1/2 cup raspberry preserves to the tea basket, fill jar with water.
Apricot Almond Tea--Pour 1 cup apricot nectar into jar, add 1 teaspoon almond extract, add tea bags or basket of leaf tea, fill jar with water.
Mint Tea--Put tea bags or basket of leaf tea into jar; add a loosely packed 1/2 cup of mint leaves, cutting the mint into the tea basket; fill jar with water.
Apple Spice Tea--Pour 1 cup apple cider into jar; add tea bags or basket of leaf tea; add 2 cinnamon sticks (or 1 tablespoon cinnamon chunks) and 1 teaspoon whole cloves to tea basket; fill jar with water.
Caramel Tea--Put tea bags or basket of leaf tea into jar; add 3-4 tablespoons caramel sauce; fill jar with water.
Pomegranate Tea--Pour 1 cup pomegranate juice into jar, add tea bags or basket of leaf tea, fill jar with water.
Lemonade Tea--Pour 1/2 cup of lemonade concentrate (from frozen can) into jar, add tea bags or basket of leaf tea, fill jar with water. (This is similar to Arnold Palmer Tea.)
Cherry Vanilla Tea--Pour 1 cup cherry juice into jar; add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; add tea bags or basket of leaf tea; fill jar with water.

NOT PICTURED, BUT OTHER COMBINATIONS TO TRY:
Caramel Apple Tea--Put tea bags or basket of leaf tea into jar; add 3-4 tablespoons caramel sauce; add 1 cup apple cider; fill jar with water.
Ginger Tea--Put tea bags or basket of leaf tea into jar; add 1 tablespoon crushed crystallized ginger to tea basket; fill jar with water.
Ginger Peach Tea--Same as Ginger Tea above, plus add 1/2 cup peach preserves to tea basket or 1 cup peach nectar before filling jar with water.
