why drink infused water~~~

~saya terjumpa tentang artikel ini n saya ingin kongsikan disini~ ~~infused water are good for detoxification energy and hydration. put as much fruit in water as u like and let the water sit for at least 30 minutes before drinking~~ air yang boleh kita hasilkan antaranya... (1) green tea, mint n lime~for fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion n breath freshener..(2) strawberry n kiwi~for cardiovaseular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation n digestion..(3) cucumber, lime n lemon~for water weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration n digestion..(4)lemon, lime n orange~for digestion vitamin c, immune defense, heartburn( drink this one at room temperature)..
~~~saya telah mencuba yang ke-4...saya puas dengan hasilnya...lepas ini saya ingin cuba yang lain pulak~~~ ~selamat mencuba~
